Simon Results Rajwani

Stabilizing your core is the number one technique Simon Rajwani teaches his trainees.  Without proper core stabilizing, the risk of back injury is present.  With proper core stabilizing, the risk of injury decreases tremendously.

Beginners, to intermediates and up to professional athletes can use exercise balls to strengthen their core.  The core is your center of gravity and by using it and strengthening it, the back becomes stronger and more sturdy helping prevent possible injuries to the back and/or spine.  Exercise balls, swiss balls or fitness balls, whichever you prefer, are the perfect tools to aid in core strengthening.

Why should you use an exercise ball for core stabilizing?

Core Stabilizing

Training with a stability ball will improve posture, balance, agility, strength, and power:

  • Improve posture by strengthening the abdominals, back, buttocks, and torso muscles. These muscles are referred to as the stabilizer muscles. To properly train these stabilizer muscles, get on the ball! Regular sit-ups and crunches will not train these muscles effectively.
  • Improve balance and agility by challenging your nervous system. By adding exercises while keeping your body on the fitness ball, and stopping it from rolling, you will recruit more stabilizer muscles.
  • Your trunk can move in six different directions: front and back, side to side, and twist to either side. By developing strength in all planes of movement, the risk of injury will decrease.

You can trust Simon "Results" Rajwani and his exercises.  They have helped everyone from the most common person to well known celebrities.  Simon Rajwani is the KING of core stabilizing with exercise balls.  Get your exercise ball today and once it arrives, use our fitness ball exercises available for free on our website.
